What does not recovered mean at login details?
Thank you for attaching the screenshot. The wording is "Not recorded" rather than "Not recovered" what this means is that there is no record of the user having logged in or even attempted to login to the system.
Please provide a screenshot.

Thank you. Does it mean a user never logged in?
It means there is no record of the user having logged in or even having tried to login. As a failed login should also show in this section.
