work logs doesn't appear in hipchat

In the JIRA project settings, the HipChat integration is configured and all of the check boxes under "send a message to the HipChat room when" are checked. We receive notifications in the HipChat room whenever a task is created or transitioned or a comment is made but not when someone logs work.

There is only a limited set of events that plugin sends notifications to, like issue commented, assigned, or transitioned.
