What is required to get Jira/Greehopper to respond to touch-sensitive devices e.g. iPad?

We would like to setup a planning board via an iPad2 and an AppleTV.

GreenHopper might not be able to work well in such devices at the moment, but you might want to keep an eye on a related feature request at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-2793.
