In a particular Jira project, I am trying to push (link) the user to a Confluence Wiki space page after the user has clicked on "submit" to create an issue.  Anyone have an idea?

Is it a static link or is the page different every time?

You could use JJUPIN to "watch" the submitt button and create a pop-up message containing the link text.
