Hi,
I have a spreadsheet(not expoerted from JIRA) containing data on issue status. How would I get this spreadsheet to automatically update in sync with the data in JIRA?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I would suggest finding a way to query JIRA's REST API via Excel. From there, Excel can process the text-based data and update the fields accordingly. As far as I'm aware, Excel "macros" and other scripting processes require VBScript knowledge and support in your product.
