Is it possible to set a countup timer SLA?

Hi everyone! ,

I turn to you because I have not found any solution. When defining SLAs, the general performance is that a maximum time on a countdown is established. Is there the possibility to set a countup? in order users know how long it takes consumed in the SLA instead of the time remainin.

There is no way to do it. Because is very difficult to someone remember all SLA times. So, it's easier think in a countdown than a countup.
