Calculation of Time in hours, the issue was with the Assigned to Team

Hi,

I am using JIRA version 6.2.3 (Server Version) and have created a custom field called "Assigned to team". Assigned to team have drop down values Development, Testing, Production.

So, whenever the bug is raised the issue is assigned to team - Development. Once the issue is analyzed and fixed by the development team the assigned to team is changed to Testing.

So, basically I am looking the time the issue was with the development team in hours.

I'd write a scripted field to do that (you'd need the Script Runner add-on to do it my way, but there are some others that might do it).  It could extract the data from the history and work out the hours.
