It was reported a problem to me: a specific jira issue is nowhere to be found inside the GH board.
I tried to investigate doing the following:
- tested the board filter - it is valid and it will match the issue
- checked that the issue Status is mapped inside GH
- reindexed Jira
- checked the logs for any error messages, none related to this issue
What else should I do? The issue is there but the team cannot use it.
