Jira Core cloud upgrade schedule

It says the cloud sites are being upgraded on 11 Oct PST. It's now 12 Oct in Australia, and the upgrade hasn't happened. I know it's only midday in PST, but since I am assuming this upgrade is now going to happen during my working day I'd like to know when to expect it.

It's happening right now.

Though, if you have an Australian based instance then yours will not be upgraded until around 11pm tonight (when the regular upgrade window happens). This release requires us to take advantage of the upgrade window: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Maintenance+windows
