I am new to atlassian. Can anyone guide how to create a User account. Eventhough I have created we are not bale to login?

Are you using Atlassian Cloud (your service will have a url with >something>.atlassian.net ) or Server (you are running it yourself on your own hardware, or possibly got someone to run it for you)
