Is there a way to lock the sprint?

After the sprint planning date has passed and all the requirements and tasks are entered in jira, we want that the users should not be able to create tasks without approval.

This is to discourage a change in requirements or introduction of new ones during the sprint.

Is this possible?

They have no plans to implement this feature... Even though it would be super helpful.

The other options would be to manually recind the version permission, or at least restrict it, however you cant do that effectively since it is bundled with the Resolve Permission
