landing page: what do the different options mean?

I'm asked to choose either source, branches, commits, downloads, overview, or pull requests. Please define landing page, source, branches, commits, downloads, overview, pull requests.

Those are different functions of Bitbucket. You should go though this if you are a newbie (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BITBUCKET/Bitbucket+101).
