Jira rich text editor problem

JIRA Rich Text Editor has mode change problem

This problem occurs when you configure the screen with several tabs.
The first tab is not the problem, the problem occurs in other tabs.

Did you report to Atlassian support? Rich Text Editor is now official part of JIRA.
