After follow all the instructions to connect jira with gihub i receive the message "Invalid user/team account".

Since you are using an OnDemand instance I am afraid you cannot apply the suggested resolution. I suggest you in this specific case contact Atlassian by creating a support ticket at support.atlassian.com
