Need to enable Rovo in my Atlassian ecosystem

Need to enable Rovo in my Atlassian ecosystem. This is not allowing. I have activated premium collection premium version currently in trial version for 30 days. Also I have found there are two domains connected in my email ID. How can I get once domain with everything activated and delete the other one.

Rovo should be available during your Premium trial.

Please check Atlassian Administration → AI and Rovo → Access, and make sure your organization admin uses a verified business email domain.

When you mention two domains, do you mean two Atlassian organizations or two sites? They’re different, so it’s best to confirm where your data and subscriptions are located before deleting anything.
Also, could you share what happens when you try to access Rovo?
