Error "Something went wrong on our end" when creating new Jira Cloud site "tradebeat"

Question

Hi everyone,

When I try to create a new Jira Cloud site named "tradebeat" (and authorize a third-party app), the page fails with: "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support." Retrying gives the same error, and the site was never created.

The error page gave this ID for Atlassian:

Anonymous ID: 82148852-bc40-42f4-bbac-f1ff2ca0cc62

Time: Nov 2, 2026, around 13:20 (UTC+8)

The support contact form requires an existing site URL, so I couldn't open a ticket there. Could someone from Atlassian look into this using the Anonymous ID above?

Have you tried creating the Jira site directly through Atlassian Administration, under an existing organization, rather than through the third-party app authorization flow? Alternatively, you could try creating a new organization/site through the standard Jira signup process and see if that works. Also, regarding contacting Support, if you're unable to submit a ticket because you don't have an existing site URL, you can use the Purchasing & Licensing Support portal, as Tansu mentioned.

* Please try in different browser and incognito mode.
* Disable browser extensions.
* Change the network, try vpn connection temporarily.
