JPD - How can I change the plan from standard to free when the product is inactive ?

I want to change my Jira Product Discovery plan from "standard" to "free".

My product is inactive, when I click "Reactivate" I have no other choice than pay the standard plan. But I don't need the standard plan, I don't know why I have this plan, I don't remember choosing a paid plan.

How can I switch to a free plan when my product is inactive? given that I don't have any overdue bills, and there are only 3 licences.

You can try reactivating it through admin.atlassian.com → Apps → Atlassian apps → Add app, selecting your existing site.
