Error Connecting Teamwork Graph to Salesforce Sandbox

I'm trying to test Teamwork graph with a connection to a full sandbox environment. I'm following the documentation for connection, but when I get to "Set up your Salesforce connector" and click the "Authorize Salesforce" button, it takes me to the production login, login.salesforce.com. I tried manually updating the link to test.salesforce.com and using the sandbox user, but that closed and showed a "Error authorizing Salesforce" error back on the Set up your Salesforce connector" screen. Same problem when I try using the custom domain. Is there another method for connecting to sandboxes that I should be using?

Hey, good question.

The setup guide only talks about a regular org URL (like https://your-domain.my.salesforce.com) and doesn't mention sandboxes at all, so I wouldn't count on the synced connector supporting them yet. What you saw fits that: the button sends you to login.salesforce.com, and sandbox users can't sign in there.

Two things I'd try:

• On the login.salesforce.com page, click Use Custom Domain and enter your sandbox's My Domain (something like yourcompany--sandboxname.sandbox.my.salesforce.com) instead of editing the URL by hand. If it still ends in "Error authorizing Salesforce", the token step is probably tied to production.
• If you mainly want to see it working in Rovo Chat and agents, try the direct connector. It asks for your Salesforce domain URL during setup and doesn't index anything, so it won't show up in search, but it's a quicker test.

If neither works, I'd open a support ticket and ask whether sandbox orgs are supported. The guide doesn't say either way.
