Here’s an early look at what’s coming: we’re redesigning the SLA experience in Jira Service Management, and we’re looking for a small number of sites to try it before broader availability.

We’re working to make SLA information clearer and easier to use across the experience. Early access is a chance to try the redesign and tell us what works, what’s unclear, and what could be improved.

How to express interest in early access

Sign up for the EAP using the EAP sign-up link. The sign-up process is managed through that link, not through replies to this post.

Could your team be a good fit?

We’d love to hear from teams that:

• Uses SLAs in Jira Service Management spaces.
• Wants to try the redesigned SLA experience and share feedback on how it supports their team.
• Can try the redesign on an eligible site and let us know if anything looks unclear or could be improved!

What happens after you sign up

1. Submit your interest through the EAP sign-up link.
2. We will review the details and confirm whether your site is eligible.
3. We will follow up with enablement timing and any setup information.
