We have been getting alot of incoming requests on the sources we support in OnLink . Inorder to help solution partners, prospects and customers we have summarized in one article.
OnLink is one Atlassian marketplace app that connects all of those systems to JSM Assets. Not one app per source. One app, one subscription, and nearly 100+ named integrations across HR, identity, device management, security, infrastructure and business systems, plus a connector for almost any REST API.
Here’s the full list, grouped by category. Every source name links to its setup guide.
Why one app beats an app per source
A lot of Assets import tools are built one source at a time: one app for Jamf, another for Intune, another for your HR system. Every new source means another Marketplace listing to evaluate, another security review, another subscription and another settings screen to learn.
OnLink works the other way:
- One install, one security review. OnLink is Cloud Fortified and also available in Atlassian Government Cloud.
- One subscription. Adding a source doesn’t mean buying another app.
- Any number of connections. Two HR systems, three MDMs and a CMDB can all run from the same app.
- One way of working. Every source follows the same pattern: add the connection, map fields to your Assets schema, run the sync.
- More than imports. The same connections power Jira and JSM workflows, webhooks, Teamwork Graph imports, and Assets backup and restore.
Every source on this page reaches JSM Assets through the same app. Here is the link for price comparison

HR, HCM and payroll
Keep employee records in Assets in step with your HR system of record, whichever one you run.
Identity and directory
See who has access to what, and act on it. Several of these go beyond imports: OnLink can create, disable or provision users from Jira and JSM workflows.
Source | What OnLink does with it |
|---|
Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) | Manages Entra users and application provisioning from OnLink workflows |
Google Workspace | Provisions users and sends email |
JumpCloud | Imports directory, user, device and identity data; runs user lifecycle actions |
ManageEngine ADManager Plus | Syncs Active Directory users for employee, access and routing workflows |
Okta | Imports users, groups and identity data; runs user lifecycle post functions |
OneLogin | Imports users, apps, groups and identity data |
Ping Identity (PingOne) | Creates and disables users and provisions groups from workflows |
Saviynt | Automates identity governance tasks; imports user, organization and role data |
Device management (MDM and UEM)
Get every Mac, PC, phone and tablet your MDM manages into Assets, so agents can see the device right from the ticket. Running Jamf for Macs and Intune for Windows? Connect both from the same app.
Security, monitoring and IT management
Your security and monitoring tools often see hosts your MDM doesn’t. Bring that inventory into Assets too.
Infrastructure, cloud and asset inventory
Servers, network gear, cloud VMs and the hardware you bought. Put them where your service desk can raise tickets against them.
Source | What OnLink brings into Assets |
|---|
Microsoft Azure | Azure virtual machine resources |
CDW | Asset, device and procurement data |
Device42 | Devices and related infrastructure records |
NetBox | Network, device, IPAM and infrastructure records |
Snipe-IT | Hardware, assets, users and inventory |
Data platforms and business systems
Pull CMDB records from ServiceNow, or bring data platform, finance and time-tracking records in next to your IT assets.
Source | What OnLink brings into Assets |
|---|
Databricks | Workspace, account and platform data |
NetSuite | Business, user and asset-related data |
QuickBooks | Accounting and business data through QuickBooks company APIs |
ServiceNow | ServiceNow records and CMDB data |
Snowflake | Account, warehouse, database and usage data |
Tempo | Time tracking and planning data |
Recruiting and CRM webhooks
Ashby, Lever and HubSpot connect to OnLink through webhooks, so events from your recruiting and CRM tools reach OnLink as they happen.
Don’t see your source?
If it has a REST API, you can still connect it.
- Anysource Connector pulls asset data into Assets from almost any REST API. Save the endpoint, authentication and pagination once, then reuse it.
- OnLink AI connects Jira and JSM workflows, automations and Rovo Agents to any REST API. It supports API tokens, Basic and Bearer auth, OAuth 2.0, Google JWT and SFTP.
- Email lets OnLink workflows send email through Google Workspace or Resend.
What you need to connect a source
Most sources need a credential from that system’s admin console. Here’s what the common ones ask for; the setup guide for each source lists the exact steps.
What you’ll need | Sources |
|---|
API key or token | BambooHR, Databricks, Dynatrace, Fleet, Greenhouse, Iru (Kandji), JumpCloud, ManageEngine, Namely, NetBox, Okta, Snipe-IT, Tempo |
OAuth 2.0 client credentials | CrowdStrike Falcon, Paycor, QuickBooks |
Microsoft Entra app registration with Graph or Azure permissions | Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune |
Google service account with delegated admin access | Google Workspace |
Integration System User and security group permissions | Workday |
Client ID, secret, private key and certificate | ADP Workforce Now |
Username and password | Device42, Saviynt |
Webhook | Ashby, HubSpot, Lever |
