I’m excited to offer our very first, out-of-the box Incident Management and AI Operations lab. The lab is completely self-serve and available 24/7. A brief intro video will level-set so that the hands-on exercises are easy to complete.
We start at the very beginning with setting up on-call, routing rules and escalation policies. Then we finish off the lab with more complex incident response and triage. All the basics are covered from first alert to post incident review. Once you’ve completed the lab you’ll know exactly how to get started and how you can leverage AI throughout the incident response process.

What’s unique about this lab is that it’s interactive but self-propelled. All you need is the link. This means you get hands-on experience before taking out a free trial, or starting the work in your own instance. It’s also easy to repeat in case you missed something, and share it with your colleagues so they can try it too.
