As part of the Service Collection product announcements from Team '26 Europe, we're introducing new, AI-driven integrations for Datadog, Sentry, and Splunk that connect rich telemetry data straight into Jira Service Management, reducing context-switching during triage so responders can coordinate, diagnose, and act with the full picture in front of them. Powered by Atlassian MCP, Rovo agents can access relevant third-party context to help incident responders achieve lower MTTR and reduce service downtime for the organization by:
- Bringing observability context directly into the incident: Connect third-party logs, metrics, and traces with services, recent changes, related incidents, runbooks, and other context in Jira Service Management, with one-click links back to the source tool whenever responders want to go deeper.
- Investigating with more evidence in one place: Out-of-the-box AI assistants like Ops Expert can help responders review connected information, explore a potential cause, and keep supporting sources close to the conversation.
- Coordinating where your team works: For teams working in Slack, incident responders can investigate directly in the incident channel by pulling in live diagnostic context without leaving the thread. Teams can ask Rovo follow-up questions grounded in multi-tool telemetry, review an AI-suggested mitigation plan, and request a draft rollback pull request for human review if needed.
All listed integrations are now generally available in the Atlassian MCP Gallery to help teams connect trusted third-party signals to the incident workflows where they coordinate, investigate, and act. Read on to learn more about each integration!
Datadog: Accelerate root-cause analysis with full-stack observability
Datadog brings together end-to-end infrastructure monitoring, service health metrics, and traces into a single view. Built on MCP, this joint integration connects the Ops Expert agent in Jira Service Management with Datadog's live telemetry and AI insights in Jira Service Management to dynamically query live telemetry and active monitors during an ongoing incident. Rather than requiring responders to swivel between dashboards, Ops Expert surfaces Datadog's own correlation and root-cause findings into the incident workspace in Jira Service Management.
Sentry: Connect code-level error diagnostics directly to incident resolution
Sentry is where software gets fixed. It catches errors, crashes, and understands how your agents are performing in production and gives developers the context to fix everything – the stack trace, release, even the commit that introduced an issue. With the new Sentry integration, Ops Expert can pull that context directly into the incident record. By mapping runtime exceptions back to source maps and git commit history, the on-call team can pinpoint the exact affected release version, range of customers impacted, and the commit that introduced the broken code. This is designed to streamline the handoff between IT Ops, SREs, and developers, helping make fixes or automated rollback PRs actionable faster.
Splunk: Power agentic investigations across logs and observability
Splunk transforms high-volume machine data, logs, metrics, and traces into actionable intelligence across Splunk Cloud and Splunk Observability. The all-new integration enables out-of-the-box and custom agents to call both sets of Splunk tools from the incident workflow, retrieving the right observability context, running approved searches, and bringing evidence back into Jira Service Management without forcing responders to pivot across systems. And by exposing Splunk AI Assistant capabilities through MCP, Rovo agents can discover relevant data sources, generate and refine Search Processing Language (SPL), and execute live queries during an incident. Incident response teams can package their standard triage runbooks into custom Rovo Skills, empowering agents to execute end-to-end investigation workflows—filtering out alert noise, extracting root-cause log patterns, and surfacing definitive evidence straight into Jira Service Management.
Intelligent incident response, powered by your data
Datadog, Sentry, and Splunk join a growing set of observability and AIOps partners that makes Jira Service Management a powerful hub for coordinating context-rich incident response.
