I’m Scot from Atlassian’s ITSM Support team, with good news about the future of your *.opsgenie. net-based email integrations.
Your email integrations will continue after April 2027, and you don’t need to change your systems to use new email addresses.
Your email integrations using addresses from your instance’s *.opsgenie.net domain will continue to work as is, not only once you’ve migrated to JSM, but beyond April 2027 when Opsgenie reaches End of Support.
- You do not need to change your systems sending emails to an *.opsgenie.net email address.
- You do not need to recreate each email integration in JSM and move to the JSM email domain. paths
- And for those of you who haven’t migrated yet, we’d like to confirm that you retain the same email address when you migrate to JSM.
So when we get to April 2027, you won't notice any changes to your email integrations, provided you’ve migrated by then, of course. One thing to note, any new email integrations you create after migrating will use the .jsmalerts.atlassian.net domain, and you won’t be able to create new email integrations using the *.opsgenie.net domain.
And to be explicit, this also applies to customers who use the *.eu.opsgenie.net domain.
