how to restore the access to our app which have been deactivated

we have receive this email. but we haven't see it. How we can reactivate our access.

We're reaching out to let you know that your Confluence app is being deactivated due to an extended period of inactivity. You will no longer be able to access this app, and any data associated with this app will be permanently deleted soon. This does not affect any other apps that you are actively using.

We'll also deactivate any subscriptions to Atlassian Marketplace apps associated with this subscription, including those from any Marketplace Partners.

Were you using a Free subscription?

When did you receive the email?

Free subscriptions that are deactivated due to inactivity typically have their data permanently deleted by Atlassian 15 days after deactivation. I wrote an article about this based on my own experience. You can reference that here.

If you are within the 15 day window you may be able to reactivate the subscription yourselves.

Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing

Select your billing account.

Select Subscriptions.

Click the Inactive tab.

If your subscription is in the list you can try clicking the Reactivate button.
