How to disable the share popup window after page creation?

is it somehow possible to disable this annoying popup window on the left after a new confuence page has been created?

Unfortunately, no.

Atlassian introduced an updated sharing prompt after publishing Confluence pages, as documented in their release notes:

Quite annoying thing, isn't it @Thomas Löschner 🫠

I'm actually not sure if I've seen the same behavior on all of the instances we operate 🤔 Would be worth checking with support team if there's any cloud build/version where this is disabled 🫣

I do remember a some people complained about this, but the best thing I could find (as a feature/change request) is this: CONFCLOUD-67521: Ability to disable hints of new features on Confluence

All in all, it would be great if those popups/notifications could be configured by an app admin 😐

Btw, if you do reach out to support (if you're on a paid plan) and they do create new JAC tracker, I'd appreciate if you could share it here.

Yep 100 %, some Confluence notifications are quite noisy ;(
