Jira Automation - No actions performed

Hi,

I'm trying to build an automation that sends emails to email addresses contained in a specific custom field whenever I choose "Yes" in another custom field.

Field name containing the email addresses (separated by ";"):
Key Client Contacts

Field Name containing the "Yes" trigger:
"Internal Sign-off" {{issue.customfield_17392}}

This is what I have so far. It worked until we had to transfer our Jira to a local instance and everything was transferred to that new Jira project, including the Automation Flows.

PROBLEM: The flow works but with "No Action performed" message, it doesn't send emails anymore.

For each Value:

If anyone has an idea why the emails are not sent anymore, thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @Besnier, Thierry and welcome to the community!

If you have moved the workflow to a new instance, please check that the custom field in the first trigger is still correct. Custom fields are not always migrated if you have done several migrations to i.e your sandbox.

I have recreated the flow entirely in Rovo and it (almost) works now.

Quick question if you don't mind:

In the email content, should I use {{var.OneEmail}} to refer to the person i'm writing to or {{varOneEmail}}?
Still in the email content, the "{{issue.customfield_17154}} is not working, it doesn't copy the URL content of that custom field into the email. I've replace that variable but the customfield ref is still the same. How would you troubleshoot this please?

{{varOneEmail}}. Exactly what's in the branch's Variable name box. No var. prefix. Tried both on a test site and {{var.OneEmail}} comes back empty every iteration.

URL field next. {{issue.customfield_xxxxx}} renders fine, inside the branch too, so a blank with no error usually means that id doesn't exist on the new site, and after moving instances the id is often different. Compare the id in the field's settings with 17154. Or go by name, {{issue.Your Field Name}}, and the id stops mattering.
