Free Jira site mycareer.atlassian.net deleted. Can it be restored?

Hi all, my free Jira Cloud site mycareer.atlassian.net now shows "Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable" on every page. In admin.atlassian.com, my "mycareer" organization lists no apps or sites, and I didn't receive a deactivation or deletion email. I think it may have been removed for inactivity.

Is there any way to restore the site or recover its data, including board 8? Request ID from the error page: cddb2d4b8db94598b6eedf8124c88564.

Hi Lyle McRae, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Bitbucket's status page shows no incident in the last few days, and since the whole team lost access at once, it points to the workspace itself rather than your accounts. Two checks:

If Bitbucket deactivated the workspace: select your avatar (top right) > All workspaces. When a workspace has been deactivated, an info box appears there with a link to the list, and a workspace admin can restore it through the self-recovery flow. If it's a paid workspace: a failed payment can deactivate the subscription. Your billing admin can go to admin.atlassian.com/billing > Subscriptions > Inactive and select Reactivate. Data from paid subscriptions is kept for 60 days after deactivation, so it's worth doing soon: Reactivate a subscription

If neither of those is it, what exactly do you see when you open the workspace URL? The exact message will tell us whether it's an access issue or something only Atlassian can check on their side.

Hi @Lyle McRae, I would contact Atlassian Billing, Licensing & Pricing Support right away (choose Your account > Reactivate a subscription and include your request ID), because a free site deactivated for inactivity can only be restored within 14 days of deactivation, after which the data is permanently deleted.
