Site willdf.atlassian.net stuck in "Inactive" state -Need help to restore or release the domain name

Hello Community,

I am looking for assistance regarding my Jira Cloud site: willdf.atlassian.net

My site was deactivated for inactivity, but I am unable to recreate it because the name is still "reserved" by the system. In my billing console, I can still see residual services like "Projects" and "Goals" (Atlas) linked to this URL, which seems to prevent the full deletion and release of the domain.

I have an open support ticket for nearly a month now, but I haven't received any updates yet.

* Issue: Site is inactive but domain name is not released due to residual Atlas features.

Could a Community Manager or an Atlassian staff member help me escalate this to the Billing/Technical team to either reactivate the site or definitively purge it so I can reuse the name?

Hi @KilluaZoaldyek,

We recognize that response times for CA tickets are currently longer than expected.
