Is anyone else facing this issue where the team reports tab is failing to load?
The screenshot shows the error on the Team Reports tab, and the tab is a third-party app (the icon and the "Slack integration" and "Checklist" tabs next to it suggest several Marketplace apps in this space). "Something went wrong on our end" with a blank page usually means the app's frontend or backend failed, not Jira itself. Quick checks:
Since it has been failing for about a week, I'd contact the app vendor's support with the console errors and a timestamp, or open a ticket with Atlassian Support if it turns out to be a native Jira feature.
Could you tell us which app provides the Team Reports tab?
Hope this helps
@Abhishek
It seems this functionality is a third party add-on in your site. You should contact your site Jira admins team or identify which third party add-on vendor provided the tool.
In both cases, the best route is to contact the vendor for further technical assistance on the matter.
Best, Joseph
The app key in the tab URL identifies it. com.gebsun.atlassian.reports is Team Worklog Reports by Gebsun, and com.gebsun.atlassian.reports.free is the Lite edition. Both are Connect apps, which means the page itself is served from the vendor's infrastructure rather than from Jira.
That is why this will not show on Atlassian's status page and why Atlassian support cannot fix it: a blank panel reading Something went wrong on our end is the vendor's backend failing to answer. Two links most people never find: the vendor keeps a status page at https://gebsun-confluence.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/STATUS/overview and a support portal at https://gebsun.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
If you have heard the app was pulled from the Marketplace, check before acting on it. Both listings are still public and installable today, and the Marketplace flags them as hidden from its search, which is probably where that impression came from. Searching will not find them; the app pages are titled Team Worklog Reports and Team Worklog Reports Lite. Both listings were last modified in December 2025.
On your side, an admin can confirm the installed state under Apps then Manage apps in admin.atlassian.com, which tells you whether the app is still licensed and enabled as opposed to failing to load.
Whatever happens with the vendor, your hours are not lost: that app only reads Jira's own worklogs, which are still on your issues. While the tab is down, a per-person weekly view is doable natively:
project = KEY AND worklogDate >= startOfWeek() AND worklogDate <= endOfWeek()
GET /rest/api/3/search/jql?jql=<that JQL>&fields=worklog
/rest/api/3/issue/{key}/worklog
