You will need to contact the Space Owner for the AEXP Space to request access to it.
If you don't know who that is - reach out to your local Atlassian Administrator and they can trace it out.
Your org's internal support system may have access request forms to be used here.

That's a large and very broad question - I'd suggest going to your IT/Infrastructure team = whomever pays the bills/owns the platform - go from there.
The "Org Administrator" of any Atlassian platform will more or less have full access to answer those questions.
If you attempted to touch the confluence page - you should have spotted a "request access" link - its on by default - usually.
The Admin likely knows you tried to reach out at a minimum so there's that.
Just to add to Matthew's suggestions, you can also check Atlassian's official documentation on requesting space access.
If the Request space access option isn't available, your organization may have disabled it in favor of an internal approval process (e.g., through Jira Service Management).
Anyhow, your internal IT team and/or manager would be the best starting point and they should be able to help out. 🙂
What I've also seen is, if no one within the org can find the actual app/Org admin, you could reach out to billing support, and they will probably point you to who to reach. 🎟️
