Issues getting access

Question

Hello,

I should have access to my team's JIRA page but I keep getting this message when I try to access. The admin person for my team hasn't been able to figure out giving access and I tried clearing my cache/cookies. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm trying to do this but there's no JIRA option for requestingmanulife-gwam.atlassian.net is there anything else that I could request to get the same results?

If you cannot access any Jira pages on manulife-gwam.atlassian.net (including pages/projects you previously accessed during testing), this is not a browser/cache issue.

Please follow the below step-by-step resolution:

* Request site access by submitting an internal access request via ServiceNow/ MyAccess (your internal IT service catalog) for Jira Cloud licensing on manulife-gwam.atlassian.net.

* Share these steps with your Team Lead or Org Admin:

* For the Site/Org Administrator —> Navigate to admin.atlassian.com & do the following:* Go to Directory -> Users and search for your corporate email address.
* Check Status: Ensure the account is Active (not Suspended or Deactivated).
* Check Product Access: Ensure the user has an active product role under Jira Software (e.g., assigned to the jira-software-users group or the corporate SSO equivalent group).
* If automated SCIM provisioning is enabled, verify that the user is present in the corresponding Active Directory / IdP sync group.

* For the Team / Project Admin (Once Product Access is Active):* Once the Site Admin gives you basic product access, the Project Admin can navigate to Project Settings > Access (or People / Permissions) in the specific Jira project.
* Click Add People and assign your name to the appropriate Project Role (e.g., Member, Developer, or Viewer).

I'm not able to access the specific project or any Manulife Jira pages. I had access for previous testing and I don't have access to those pages either anymore.
