Automation plugin not firing correctly when changing issue status

I have defined a JQL Filter Trigger rule to change the issue status, however, the rule only is running right if the JIRA server is restarting, but only the first time, after that the the rule is not checking periodically.

My JIra versión is v6.3.7 and the automation plugin version is 1.5.9
