Rovo Insights Accessible via API?

Question

Leaders in our org currently are used to reviewing Jira data via a dashboard we've built internally using API to retrieve the data. We started using Rovo as an intake method for tickets via Slack and have been asked to add Rovo metrics into our dashboard. Currently work items created by Rovo from a table/spreadsheet point of view looks the same as one created via assist in Slack from what I can see

So my questions are,

* Is there any way to get insights on Rovo agent performance via API so we can display it in our in house dashboard?
* Any field or method to identify/filter Jira work items that were created by Rovo?

* currently, nothing Rovo related is exposed via API endpoints. We are all waiting impatiently for Rovo Agent endpoints so we can retrieve information on Agent configs as well as invocations.
* Only if the Agent is acting with its own account. This is a new option now that Agents are becoming autonomous. Usually, Rovo Chat and Agents are acting with the current user's permission so there is no trace of Rovo in the history. If you are using an Agent, you could have it fill a custom field. Even easier with Automation: If you are using the Rovo Agent Action you could add a flag with another step - that makes it deterministic.

To add to Rebekka’s answer, API access to these metrics is tracked in ROVO-1077, currently Gathering Interest.

For identifying tickets, if your Slack agent uses Raise a request, its tool configuration lets you fix the request type. One option is to reserve a dedicated request type for Rovo intake, then query it through your existing Jira API integration:

"Request Type" = "Rovo intake"

That gives you a way to report on future tickets, provided Rovo uses that request type exclusively. It won’t identify historical tickets or measure conversations resolved without creating a ticket.
