Hi, i would like to ask the community if there is a possibility to call/use an existing automation inside a new automation. Automation B is If-then condition. example: IF input is apple, then execute Automation A.

Yes, that is possible. You can have a flow call another flow, what you need to do is to set the trigger to be incoming webhook on the flow that you want to call from the other flow. Have a look at this article that I wrote about incoming webhooks,
Jira Automation does not provide a native “call another rule” action, so a rule cannot directly invoke a second rule as a subroutine. For a reusable flow, a common native pattern is to put the shared actions behind an Incoming webhook trigger and have the first rule send the required payload with a web request. Keep the webhook URL/token secret, pass an idempotency value (for example the issue key plus event id), and review both audit logs. For small rules, copying the shared actions is usually easier to support; avoid a chain of rules that can loop or trigger duplicate work.
