Bulk create 30K users in confluence

We are trying to load test one of the scenario where we need around 30K users in confluence. Is there a way to create 30 k users for a confluence domain without incurring any additional cost. This will be used for load test and will be deleted after tests.

Found this Confluence REST endpoint, which sends email invite. https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/rest/v2/api-group-user/#api-user-access-invite-by-email-post

But this might cause confluence to flag account as spammer due to the volume of email invite triggers.

Is there an alternative to create dummy users without email invites, possibly by importing from CSV file? Please provide necessary guide and access required to do this?

Use SCIM sync via Atlassian Guard and your identity provider. However, SCIM doesn't bypass licensing, any account assigned Confluence access will consume a license seat, so conduct this in a Sandbox if you're on Premium or Enterprise.

Just be aware, running a load test at this scale requires prior coordination with Atlassian Support to avoid violating their Acceptable Use Policy or getting rate-limited.

Actually at this Scale i wouldn´t do here nothing without proper Coordination with support
