Facing error while migration process "The uploaded CSV file has structural issues. Please try again"

While trying to migrate some projects from data center to cloud site using JCMA using dedupe process, when we are selecting choices in dedupe input file and try to upload in the required section, we are getting error like "The uploaded CSV file has structural issues. Please try again.". So, is there anyone faces the same issue or know how to resolve this.

The untouched file gets past the structure check and only the edited one breaks. So I'd look at how the file gets saved, not at the choices. Excel re-saving a csv probably changes quoting or encoding. Not reproduced on my side though.

The doc says "We recommend that you use the CSV utility tool to make your selections." That's the JAR above the Effective configuration CSV section. It hands back a csv to upload as is.

Still failing after that? The doc's line is "Contact support if the check continues to fail." Dedupe is early access, so they'd want it.

What did the editing, excel?

If we are trying to download a fresh input csv file and immediately uploading it with changing anything means so selection of choice, its giving the error that"CSV validation completed with errors. Check the output file for details." . 
And if uploading after selecting choices then again giving the same structural issues.
