Not able to login in bitbucket

I can login to atlassian but not in bitbucket.
I don't have the access to the authenticator app, and nor have the recovery codes.
The user is also not managed by the atlassian, so the account owner can't reset the 2fa.

Welcome to the community.

I can see you've requested Bitbucket 2SV reset and that the reset email. has been sent out to your mailbox. Please make sure to check your mailbox folder such as spam for the reset link to reset your Bitbucket 2SV.

Also, for your information the link is only valid for 24 hours so if it's expired you need to request it again.
