In Bitbucket Billing Details it shows that we have Build minutes is balance. But While running pipeline it goes to on hold status and await for Build minutes availability. Yet The billing period is still active.

Could you please check your workspace settings > Plans details and see if how many build minutes remaining left for the workspace?
