Request for Jira User Login Activity – Last 3 Months

Hi,

We need a list of users who have logged into Jira during the last three months, along with the number of times each user logged in during that period.

We were able to retrieve this information from the database, but the login count appears to show the total number of logins for each user, rather than only the logins within the last three months.

Could you please advise how we can retrieve the login activity specifically for the last three months, including the login count for each user during that period?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The login count is cumulative, so it cannot be filtered to calculate how many times a user logged in during only the last three months. Jira can provide the last login date, which lets you identify users who logged in during that period, but not the number of individual logins.

For an accurate three-month login count, you'll need a source that records each authentication event, such as Jira/access logs, reverse-proxy logs, or your identity provider's sign-in logs if you're using SSO.

If SSO is used, I would recommend the identity provider logs as the best source for this report.
