Not receiving the Bitbucket invitation email

freya_liu

Hey I couldn't receive the bitbucket invitation email. My access to Confluence, Jira and Bitbucket main page are all working properly though, just couldn't access any of the bitbucket workspaces. Also confirmed that the email address is correct. Thanks!

Hey @freya_liu ,

Can you check this response from Ben and see if following instructions stated there will help 👀

Basically, this:

Please ask the user to navigate to their Atlassian account’s email preference center and tick the Product invitations option.

Once complete - an admin will need to navigate to Workspace Settings > User Groups then access all user groups they were invited to, expand Invitations Pending, click Cancel invitation to completely remove it from processing for all groups, then click Add Members in the top-right and insert the user's email address to properly resend the invitation

Apart from that, you could navigate here Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing and select something like Your Account > Log in issues > Need more help? > Need more help? to get to the AI chatbot, which can check if your email potentially landed in Atlassian's suppression list.

Cheers,
Tobi
