BitBucket user not active

Hi Support,

        We recently created a Bitbucket account. One admin user shows an "Active" status, but although we have added 4 other team members who are actively using the account, they are not showing up as "Active" in the Bitbucket portal.

Could you please help us understand why this might be happening and how to fix it?

Where exactly are you seeing the “Active” status? For example, under Workspace settings → User directory, or in admin.atlassian.com?

Also, there are some Limitations; some actions don´t count as visible "Activity"
