[email removed] doesn't receive the invitation created in Bitbucket

How can I invite Andreas Nussberger so that the gets an invitation to accept?

 

I go to "People" and click on "Invite people" then I type his emailaddress. Unfortunately he doesn't receive an invitation.

 

What shall I do?

Hi @beda_weibel 

I can see that the user has globally unsubscribed from all Atlassian emails, hence why they've not been able to receive invitation emails.

• In order to receive invitations again, the user will need to navigate to their Atlassian account’s email preference center and tick the Product invitations option
• Once complete - an admin will need to navigate to Workspace Settings > User Groups then access all 3 user groups:
  • Administrators
  • Developers
  • Default Group zildr-700
• For each user group - expand Invitations Pending, click Cancel invitation to completely remove it from processing for all groups, then click Add Members in the top-right once complete and insert the user's email address to properly resend the invitation
