Not receiving verification email

Question

I've spent many days to solve this problem but I couldn't

please unblock this email to receive verification email.

now I've checked everything I can but Atlassian doesn't send the mail.

It is not in the junk mail box or spam box.

also I've check this problem on the customer service providing company email services and they answered there are not emails sent by Atlassian.

I have removed that email address from our suppression list. Can you try again and see if the invite email is being sent?

I dropped some explanation.

I've tried to log in to Bitbucket but I couldn't. because it was not possible to receive verification email.

then I check everything I could and then I found out Atlassian could also block email addresses not to send an email.

so I asked Atlassian team to unblock the email address so I can receive the verification email.

I don't see any invite being sent to that email address. Could you confirm how you initially invited the user so I can review and see if there's any issue with the invite process?
