Workspace invitation emails not being delivered to recipient

I'm trying to invite a collaborator to my Bitbucket workspace, but the invitation email is not reaching them.

Troubleshooting already done:

• Confirmed the invitee email address is entered correctly (no typos)
• Invitee has checked their Spam/Junk folder — nothing received
• Clicked "Resend invitation" — still not received
• No "copy invite link" option is available in the pending invitation UI, only "Resend invitation" and "Cancel invitation"

Question:
Could you please confirm whether the invitation email was actually sent from your servers to [REDACTED], and if so, from which sending domain/IP, so we can ask their IT team to check their mail filters/quarantine? Alternatively, is there any way to generate a direct invitation link that I can send manually, bypassing email delivery?

Please be aware that this is a public forum, and as such I have redacted the user email address you shared to protect their privacy.

I have checked the affected user's email address and can see that the user has disabled product notifications (which includes invitations) - hence why they've not been able to receive these.
To resolve this:

• In order to receive invitations again, the user will need to navigate to their Atlassian account’s email preference center and tick the Product invitations option
• Once complete - an admin will need to navigate to the user groups and projects that the user was invited to, and cancel every single invitation to completely remove the invitation from processing
• Once that has been performed, they will need to re-send the invite, only then will an email be generated and sent
