Recovery request

Hi

I have trouble logging into my account because of a new phone, so I have requested for recovering my account. The recovery link does not give me any one-time password. I only get redirected to the log in page where I can go through the same drill again of requesting a new recovery request. I'm doing this within the 24H of receiving the recovery mail. Can you help?

Please request the reset again, as I can see you still have your Bitbucket 2SV enabled. Make sure to check your email after the 24-hour period and open the reset link. The link expired after 24 hours, so you may need to request it again if you miss it.

Do note that we can't expedite this and check your other folder in the mailbox, such as spam, etc., as it may be redirected there if you can't find the email.
