Request for Ownership Transfer: Bitbucket Workspace & ITSY Organization Admin

Hi Atlassian Team,

I am an Admin for our team, but the original primary owner and billing administrator of our organization/workspace has left the company, and their Atlassian account was deleted.

Because the primary ownership was attached to that deleted account, I cannot transfer primary ownership or perform key administrative actions for both our Bitbucket Workspace and the ITSY Organization Administration.

- Target Organization: ITSY Organization
- Target Workspace Name: DUMPIN
- Workspace URL: https://bitbucket.org/taejungyy
- Current Admin Account: yumh@itsy.kr

Request: Please assist in transferring the primary ownership / primary administrator permissions for both the ITSY Organization and the DUMPIN Workspace to my account (yumh@itsy.kr), or create a private support ticket so I can provide any required verification to proceed with the ownership migration.

Generally, I'd point to the IT department to reactivate that account, but as it's already been permanently deleted, that's not an option. 🫤

You can raise an official ticket here Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing > select Other and write your question there. (you don't need a paid subscription to raise a ticket there)

The official team should be able to point you in the right direction or assist you directly with this.
Note: I'd recommend including/sharing that ticket with any billing admin or technical contact from your side).
