Can I retrieve my completed certifications from a work email address that is now inactive?

Hi team!

 

I recently learnt that I might be able to retrieve my certifications I completed while working at my previous company. However, my account was linked to my work email address that was understandably deactivated/deleted shortly after I left. I did not have a chance to download or transfer the certifications to my personal email. l

 

Is it possible to retrieve these certifications if the login email address no longer exists?

I had completed these courses way back in 2023.

I may have answered my own question after some further research. If I am correct, Atlassian certifications are valid for 24 months. If this is the case, retrieving the previous certificates would be needless.

Is somebody able to confirm this?
