This is a widespread outage. Atlassian finally just updated its status page a few minutes ago.

I am seeing the same issue as well. Some users are fine, others are seeing this same screen for Jira and JSM tickets. Jira Product Discovery is working, though.

FYI if anyone needs to view critical issue information, the API appears to still work.
For example type this into your browser:
<YOUR_INSTANCE>.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/issue/<ISSUE_KEY>

Example:

myinstance.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/issue/bug-123

See just the description:

myinstance.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/issue/bug-123?fields=description

View the comments:
