Hi everyone, I recently started working with Jira Service Management and created a new project (space). I’m currently assigned as an Organization Admin, Jira Admin, and Project Administrator within this project. However, I’m running into an issue with Automation: * In one of my existing projects, I can see the Automation section within the project (space) settings. * In this newly created project, the Automation option is not visible in the project settings at all. I do have access to global automation and can create rules there, but for this use case I specifically need to manage automation at the project (space) level. Could anyone clarify: * Why the Automation section might be missing in this project? * Whether there’s a way to enable or add Automation to the project settings? * If this could be related to project type, features, or configuration differences? @Edmond Khachatryan Additionally, a golden rule: If something works in one project but not in another, the first thing to do is compare both setups and check what is different in the new project. In most cases, the cause is permissions.

Can't find automation section in space setting

Hi everyone,

I recently started working with Jira Service Management and created a new project (space). I’m currently assigned as an Organization Admin, Jira Admin, and Project Administrator within this project.

However, I’m running into an issue with Automation:

In one of my existing projects, I can see the Automation section within the project (space) settings.
In this newly created project, the Automation option is not visible in the project settings at all.
