Inline "Create Issue" button in Active Sprint

Hi, Dear Community!

We have the following case, but don't know if it is the logic or an issue :)

In the Backlog, under the Active sprint, I don't have the "Create issue" button, but my colleagues informed me that they had it, and it has disappeared.

I can inform that the board's filter contains only one project, and we have permission to create an issue in that project.

Please advise.

But one thing to validate, the Create button should be available under the active sprint, is it a fact?
